My story in leadership development started with a powerful lesson: I was a stockbroker during the 2008 financial collapse, and I saw firsthand how leadership shapes destiny—for better or worse. That experience ignited a fire in me. My mission became clear: to equip leaders and the coaches who develop them with more than just tools to survive. I wanted to help them architect a legacy of resilient, meaningful success.
My approach is personal because it's a blend of everything I am: the analytical mind of an economist and MBA, the strengths science I taught globally during my nine years at Gallup, and a deep curiosity about how our neurology drives performance. This unique mix has been my guide in partnering with tens of thousands of leaders at places like Twitter and Southwest Airlines.
Now, I focus this energy in two directions I'm deeply passionate about: as a thought partner to executives and a mentor to coaches pursuing their ACC & PCC credentials, and as the founder of Craft of Coaching, building a true professional home for coaches of color. Whether in a boardroom or a coaching session, my goal is the same: to help you build a path that is as authentic as it is impactful.
